Copies of certificates submitted with your initial application and subsequent membership renewals are digitally archived and saved to your account. As an active Nevada Registry member you can request copies of these documents at any time. Replacement copies are provided to you at no charge.

The process is easy! Simply complete this form (available on the Membership-Related Forms of our website). Replacement documentation will be emailed to you within three business days.

Please Note: The Nevada Registry only has copies of items you have personally submitted via the application or renewal process. While your attendance and course completion data for Registry-approved training is submitted electronically by trainers and training organizations, we do not receive copies of the Certificates of Completion for those training sessions and courses. In these instances, you may request replacement certificates directly from the trainer/training organization*.

*As an active member, you have access to your own personalized Professional Development Profile/Training Transcript from within your Online Portal. The training transcript is considered verified Nevada Registry approved training and is an official record of your completed training. Your transcript can be provided to Child Care Licensing, Directors and QRIS Coaches in lieu of printed certificates of completion.
