In addition to being required to access your Online Portal, your email address is also used to verify training information so it can be automatically added to your account. For this reason, it is important to use the same email address associated with your Nevada Registry membership account when signing training attendance sheets and/or creating accounts with online training organizations to complete online courses.
If you use the same email address for all your training and professional development, Registry-approved training sessions and online courses are automatically added to the Professional Development Profile/Transcript* available in the ‘Training Documentation’ tab of your membership account within one week of completion. This creates an up-to-date record of your completed training and professional development that can be shared with your Director as well as your Child Care Licensing surveyor upon request. Without this match, The Nevada Registry is unable to verify which account to add the training session to which means it will not be added to your account/transcript until you submit the physical Certificate of Completion upon your annual renewal. Save yourself time and effort – AND ensure information can be added to your account by using the same email address across all training and professional development platforms!
