  • To improve customer service: User information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Site feature.
  • To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails: The email address Users provide will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their account. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for aggregated anonymized website traffic analysis. To track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on. This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. The Nevada Registry built the Nevada Registry Trainer Mobile App as a free application. This Service is provided by The Nevada Registry at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Collection of Personal Information
Information collected directly from you: We may collect personal information directly from you, for example: through the online membership application and renewal, and the SMS service agreement. Personal information we collect directly from you may include: First and last name, address, email address and phone number.

Information collected from your device: Our SMS service will collect and maintain a record of your phone number which is connected to your account through The Nevada Registry. The Nevada Registry’s website may use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your device including: your IP address, browser and operating system information, geographic location, and other information about how you interact with our SMS service and website. You may disable cookies in your web browser however parts of our website may not function properly. Our SMS messaging utilizes our website information linked to members accounts along with provided phone numbers for information purposes revolved around your account updates.

Use of Personal Information
The Nevada Registry’s SMS service only uses personal information provided by you strictly for membership services. This may include reminders, if necessary, contact you with important announcements or messages, and conduct research. The Nevada Registry will not sell your information to a third-party and will only utilize the information you provided for membership services.

Opting Out
The Nevada Registry’s SMS service gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out from with your membership account through the Online Portal.

Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and The Nevada Registry does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.
