Information collected from your device: Our SMS service will collect and maintain a record of your phone number which is connected to your account through The Nevada Registry. The Nevada Registry’s website may use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your device including: your IP address, browser and operating system information, geographic location, and other information about how you interact with our SMS service and website. The Nevada Registry will not sell your information to a third-party and will only utilize the information you provided for membership services.

The Nevada Registry’s SMS service gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out from with your membership account through the Online Portal.

Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and The Nevada Registry does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.
