Applying to The Nevada Registry and renewing on an annual basis is completed via a quick and easy online process from within each prospective member's/active member’s Online Portal account.
NEW Member Membership Application
Request the online Membership Application if you are applying to The Nevada Registry for the FIRST time. There is no fee to apply. *Applications received via email or the mail are no longer accepted as of January 13, 2021.
Application Checklist
Use this checklist to ensure that your initial Membership Application is complete upon submission. Submitting all the required supporting documentation ensures compliance with Child Care Licensing (if applicable) and accurate placement on the Career Ladder.
Membership RENEWAL
There is no fee to renew your membership within 30 days of your certificate expiration date. A $25 reinstatement fee is imposed on renewal forms submitted 30 or more days beyond a member's certificate expiration date.
Member Agreement
Overview of The Nevada Registry membership guidelines. Each member is required to read and acknowledge the Member Agreement upon initial application and each subsequent membership renewal.
Career Ladder Level Re-Evaluation
Use this form to add training, credentials earned and/or college transcripts showing coursework/degrees not already on file in your account. Please Note: Submitting additional documentation may not result in a Career Ladder level increase.
Request for Replacement Documentation
Copies of the documents you have provided to The Nevada Registry at the time of application or renewal can be supplied at no charge (transcripts, training certificates, diplomas, etc.).
College and University Course Description
Use this form to submit additional information about your college coursework if your degree is not in ECE and/or your coursework is not clearly related to ECE.
Verification of High School Diploma Form
Use this form ONLY if you graduated from high school prior to 1940.
