More Information

For many new applicants, looking for training to take prior to your application with The Nevada Registry can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are many online organizations which provide training to meet those requirements. You are never required to provide a Nevada Registry ID number to take online training. Many online providers may request it but also have instructions on how to proceed with the course if you are not yet a member with The Nevada Registry.

The reason training organizations ask for a Registry ID number is because many engage in a data share with The Nevada Registry meaning once you complete your courses, your training completion record is automatically added to your Nevada Registry account*. This does not mean The Nevada Registry receives a certificate but rather a completion record of the courses. Once you successfully submit a completed application with The Nevada Registry and it has been processed you will then be issued an ID number. Once you get your ID number you may revisit the websites you regularly take training from to add this ID number to your account so you may have your training completion information automatically added to your registry account.

*You must use the same email address in your Nevada Registry account used to create your accounts with training organizations to have completed courses automatically added to your account.
