The Professional Development Profile/Transcript within your Nevada Registry membership account is a valuable tool for keeping a record of your training history and verifying completion of your annual training requirements with Child Care Licensing, your director, QRIS Coach, and/or the Council for Professional Recognition (if applicable).

Here are a few tips to help ensure an accurate training transcript:

  1. Use the same email address on file in your Nevada Registry account when registering for online courses offered by online training organizations (e.g., ProSolutions Training, Child Care Education Institute). This will enable course completion data to be added to your account on a weekly basis through a secure data exchange.
  2. When taking training in-person or virtually, provide your Registry ID number and the same email address on the attendance sheet associated with your Nevada Registry account.
  3. Nevada Registry trainers are beginning to use our new mobile app to take attendance at in-person training sessions. A unique QR code is available in your account for use within the app. Save this code to your mobile device to help expedite the attendance-taking process and ensure a completed training session is added to your account.

Please note, The Nevada Registry does not receive certificates of completion from online organizations or trainers; only digital confirmation of completion. If you need a physical copy of the certificate please reach out to the organization/trainer directly.

Check your transcript periodically. If you find some training sessions are missing, there are a few possible reasons why.

  1. The email address provided when registering for online training/courses does not match the email address associated with your Nevada Registry account.
  2. The information provided on the sign-in sheet at an in-person training does not match the information on file in your Nevada Registry account or was illegible to the trainer. Training cannot be added to an account unless it can be verified to match information on file.
  3. The trainer has not yet submitted the attendance to The Nevada Registry. In-person training sessions are typically submitted within five days of the event. Online courses are typically imported on a weekly basis.
  4. An online course was repeated. If you retake an online course taken previously, it will not be added to your training transcript as only one instance of that session with its unique approval code may be added to your account. This does not mean Child Care Licensing will not accept it, but for professional development training hours with The Nevada Registry only one instance of each online course may be added to a member’s account.

To locate your transcript, log into your Online Portal and click on the ‘Training Documentation’ tab within the ‘Membership Account’ tab. Click on the link in the upper right hand corner to view your transcript.
