Email addresses cannot be changed by members since they serve as an account identifier. This is a safety feature designed to protect the information in your account.

If you need to update your email address, please visit the Contact Us page to request the update (simply provide us with your new email address). You may also call our office directly at (800) 256-1906 to request this change over the phone. Please note when your email address is updated your previous password will no longer work. You will be sent a password reset email to update your account when your email address is updated.
